Train at your park with people who actually show up
Pick a time, send one link, and watch a real list of names fill up. Most sessions are free.
Colla is an app for training outdoors with other people. Pick a spot and a time, send the link, and you get a real list of who is coming instead of six maybes in a group chat.
Most sessions are free — you just wanted company. If you are the one teaching something, put your rate on it and Colla splits it across whoever turns up.
Post a session Or just join the list
Takes about twenty seconds and gives you a link. No account, nothing to install — for you or for the people you send it to.

A week of sessions, on the map
Tap a dot. Sessions open to anyone show their time and fill straight from the map. Plain dots are people training with their own friends — no name, no time, nothing to join, because the whereabouts of six friends is not ours to publish. The small orange dots are the bars themselves, straight from OpenStreetMap.
Colla opened this month, so today this is a worked example: real parks in real cities, laid out the way a week actually looks. Every card says so when you tap it, and none of them can be joined. The first real session on this map could be the one you post.

The obvious question
Why not just use the group chat?
Use it. We are not trying to replace the place your friends already are. A chat is good at talking and bad at everything that comes after.
In the chat
Sixteen messages. Two maybes. One shows up. Nobody has paid the person who was going to teach.
On the link
Eight places, a real list of who is genuinely coming, and a stated minimum so everyone can see whether it is on. No money anywhere — this one is just training. Put a rate on it and the same card splits the bill.
Being built
And then the link stops being a separate step. Add our bot to that same group, type “ciutadella tomorrow 7, max 6” in whatever language you normally use, and the card appears in the thread with the join buttons on it. You never leave the chat at all.
A chat cannot hold eight places, cannot tell you who is genuinely coming, and cannot cancel itself when only two say yes. That is true before any money is involved — and when somebody is teaching, it also cannot take €13 from six people and pay them.
Two kinds of session
One of them costs nothing, and that is most of them
Free session
You just want people there
A spot, a time, and a cap on how many fit. Nobody pays anything, no card is ever touched, there is no price field to open. This is what most of Colla is, and it stays that way.
- Send the link, watch the list fill
- Cap it so it does not turn into a crowd
- Set a minimum — the page shows how many more are needed
- Everyone gets a reminder the morning of
No account needed to join. No payment anywhere in the flow.
Paid session
You are teaching something
Same session, with your rate on it. Colla divides that rate by however many turn up and pays you the whole thing either way.
- You name the number, not the platform
- The share falls as the group fills
- Paid out the day after
Add it whenever you feel like it. Plenty of people never do.
For the one who gets everyone out
You do not have to be a coach to be the reason it happens
There is one person in every group who picks the day, chases the maybes and somehow gets four people to a park. Most of Colla is built for them, and none of it costs them anything.

The mechanic
The price falls as the group fills
A host sets one rate for the session — not per head. The app divides it by however many people turn up. The host receives their full rate either way.
Say a host decides their session is worth €60. Colla never picks that number — it only divides it.
€60 session · €15 each for four
€60 session · €10 each for six
For comparison, in Barcelona a personal trainer runs €35–80 an hour and small-group training €15–30 a head. A full session here is €10, and the host still gets their whole rate.
A free session behaves exactly the same way, minus the money: you set the cap, people fill it, and the ones who came get told where to stand.
Example · a host asking €80, cap 8 · tap the group
4 people · €13.33 each if 2 more come
How it works
Three moves. That's the product.
Somebody posts a session
A spot, a time, and a cap on how many people fit. Four fields, because the price one starts at zero and most people never open it.
Paste the link where your people already are
WhatsApp, Telegram, the group you have been in for three years. It opens in the browser — nobody installs anything to join. Make it public as well and it also shows up on the map.
The roster closes, you train
Twelve hours before, the list is final and everyone knows exactly who is coming. If there is a price, the page has already worked out each share — and if two more turned up after you joined, yours went down.
And if you are teaching
Set your rate once. Filling the group is our problem.
You name what the session is worth. Colla brings the people and divides the bill. Nobody haggles per head, nobody pays for a coach they didn't ask for.

Colla does not launch city by city
There is no waiting list and no rollout to wait for. The bars are already standing in your park, the people are already in your phone, and a session is just a link — so the only thing between your city and its first session is one person posting one. The three below are simply where we know people.
Not live yet · this is what the first release is built around
Four things the app does so you do not have to
01
Post it by typing it
A bot in the group you are already in. Write the session the way you would write it to a friend — any language, any phrasing — and it becomes a real roster with places, a cap and a lock time. No form, no install, no leaving the chat.
02
It remembers your Tuesday
If you train the same evening with the same people, the app drafts next week and asks you to confirm with one tap. It never posts on its own — a session nobody agreed to host is a lie to everyone who joins it.
03
Know the park before you walk there
Three of Barcelona’s 149 spots have a name and thirty-three list any equipment. Photograph your bars and the app reads them — two heights of pull-up bar, parallel bars, rings, lit after dark — and gives the tags back to OpenStreetMap.
04
We will never set your price
No suggested rate, no “hosts like you charge €70”, no automatic pricing of any kind. You name a number and we divide it. That is a promise, and under European platform-work law it is also an obligation — which is why it will not quietly change later.
None of this is live — you are on a waitlist page. It is here because it is what we are actually building, and because you should know what you are getting on the list for.
Not live yet · for brands and companies
Somebody else can pay the coach
A session has a host rate and a group. Nothing says the group has to be the one paying it. When a third party settles the bill, the participants train for nothing and the host still gets their full number.
Company session
Your team trains outdoors
You book a coach for your own people, in a park near the office, in your own kit. No venue to hire, no membership to negotiate, no room booking. One rate, one afternoon, your team in one place.
Sponsored open session
You pay, the neighbourhood trains
Cover a host’s rate for a public session and it becomes free for everyone who joins. Your kit goes on eight people for ninety minutes, and then walks around the city on them afterwards.
Three things we will not do to make this work
Before you ask
Straight answers
Is it actually free?
The app is, and so are most of the sessions on it. A session costs whatever the person who posted it decided, and the price field starts at zero — plenty of people never touch it. When there is a price you see your exact share before you join, and it only goes down as more people arrive.
What if I post one and nobody comes?
Set a minimum when you post it. The page shows how many more are needed, so everyone can see whether it is happening before they set off — and you can call it off yourself, which everyone sees on the same link. Cancelling automatically when the minimum is missed is next.
Do I have to install anything?
Nothing at all, for anyone. Posting and joining both happen on a normal web page. There is no app to download and no account to make — the link is the whole thing.
Can strangers just turn up to my session?
Only if you let them. Every session is friends-only or public, chosen when you post it, and you can switch until the roster locks. Public sessions show a first name and a photo, and they are always at a public park.
What happens if it rains?
This is outdoors, so it will. Today the person who posted it calls it off and everyone sees that on the same link they joined through. Checking the forecast for you and moving the whole roster to another day is on the list, not in yet.
Do I have to be any good?
No. Most sessions on Colla are people at roughly the same level training together, and they cost nothing. Sessions with a price say what is being taught and who it is for, so you know before you join.
How do I know the host can actually teach?
For now, because you know them or somebody in your chat does — sessions are shared by link, not listed to strangers. Profiles with a video reel of somebody’s own elements, and reviews from people who trained with them, come with public sessions.
What does it cost to host?
Nothing, and right now no money passes through us at all — you name a rate, the page divides it by whoever turns up, and you settle it between yourselves in person. When we do handle payments you will still name the number and still receive it in full.

Tell us where you train
If you would rather wait until there are already people on your bars, leave your email and we will tell you when your park starts filling up.
You're on the list
We'll email you once when Colla opens on your bars. Reply to that email and tell us which park is yours — that's how we pick the next neighbourhood.
